Imagine spending tireless hours composing your newsletter to meet your publication deadline. (That`s not unusual!) Then, think about the sense of relief you feel as you safely drop it off with your printer to have 1000 copies made. The next day (depending on your relationship with your printer!), you rush to the printer (in anticipation!) to pick up the final result. ARRRGGGHHH! The paragraph containing your contact/subscription information (address, phone, fax and e-mail) is missing from the publication! There`s no time to re-print it! A crucial step - PROOFREADING - was overlooked!
