Tip of the Week
If you`ve been to my bio page, you`ll know that choosing my favorite tip is like choosing a favorite child. I love them all, but, perhaps the one that means the most to me is "How Advertising History Was Almost Changed." I´ve owned the book, "Fun with Fonts" for a few years now (it´s one of my favorites!) and submitted a book review to Amazon.com in March when I first launched Newsletter-tips. To my surprise and delight, Author David E. Carter, personally wrote to me and thanked me for the review! He also sent me a signed copy of another of his books, "DOG Owner´s MANUAL" (which has absolutely nothing to do with newsletters!) Both books sit on my desk next to my computer!
No matter how insignificant you think filler (blurbs and anecdotes) is, it CAN attract readers. Sprinkle a little throughout your newsletter...are we having fun yet???
